For private clients
Swiss regulated settlement and custody, in your own name
Convert and hold stablecoins and cryptoassets through a Swiss VASP supervised under the AMLA. Segregated custody, and the fee on its own line of every confirmation.
What you get
A counterparty, not a trading venue.
XEROF is not an exchange and does not hold an order book. You deal directly with the settlement desk, and the record you receive is the one your bank and your accountant will ask for.
- One on-chain wallet in your own name. Your assets are segregated from XEROF's and from those of every other client, never pooled.
- Convert your own stablecoins and cryptoassets to and from USD, EUR, CHF and GBP at the rate we are quoted, with our fee shown separately rather than folded into the price.
- Fiat settles to a bank account in your name. Cryptoassets settle to your segregated wallet or to an address you specify.
- Custody is charged only on assets still held more than five business days after settlement, so a conversion that pays straight out to your bank carries no custody fee.
- Identity verification is completed online, and every relationship is reviewed by an external compliance officer before it is activated.
Common situations
What private clients actually come to us for.
Property purchase and sale
Settle a property transaction where one side holds cryptoassets and the other needs fiat in a bank account, with the conversion documented for the notary and the receiving bank.
Real estate with cryptoConverting a holding to spend
Move a long-held position into USD, EUR, CHF or GBP through a supervised Swiss counterparty rather than an offshore exchange, with a record your bank will accept.
How settlement worksHolding without self-custody
Keep assets in a segregated wallet on institutional infrastructure with disaster-recovery cover, instead of managing keys and recovery phrases yourself.
