For institutions
Crypto solutions for institutions, from a Swiss counterparty
Settlement between stablecoins, cryptoassets and fiat, third-party payouts and segregated custody, from a Swiss VASP supervised under the AMLA since 2021.
Custody
Segregated, never pooled, with disaster-recovery cover
Most institutional questions about crypto custody come down to two things: whether the assets are genuinely separated from the provider's own, and what happens if the provider fails. Both are answered below.
Custody in detail- One on-chain wallet per institution. Assets are segregated from XEROF's own and from those of every other client, never pooled.
- Institutional custody infrastructure with hardware-isolated key management and disaster-recovery cover.
- Balances, statements and transaction records are available to your team at any time through the client platform.
Settlement and payouts
Liquidity at cost, with the fee on its own line
Treasury teams reconcile against their own books, so the rate and the fee are never blended into one number.
- Quotes are sourced from tier 1 institutional liquidity providers and passed through at cost. No spread and no mark-up.
- The XEROF fee is applied separately and shown on its own line of every confirmation, alongside the liquidity rate and the net amount.
- Cryptoassets BTC, ETH and SOL, stablecoins USDC and USDT, against USD, EUR, CHF and GBP.
- Fiat settles to a bank account in your institution's name over Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS or Faster Payments.

Institutional crypto services and liquidity
XEROF's institutional crypto services are settlement between stablecoins, cryptoassets and fiat, third-party payouts, and segregated custody. Institutions run them from XEROF Online or through the API.
Institutional crypto liquidity comes from tier 1 providers and is passed through at cost, so a large conversion is priced as one trade rather than filled against a public order book. The mechanics are on the crypto OTC page; the fiat routes are on the institutional crypto off-ramp page.
- Asset managers and funds: institutional crypto custody with one wallet per client.
- Web3 companies: digital asset treasury and Web3 banking.
- Payment and trading companies: stablecoin payouts to 59 countries and crypto payment gateway.
Common questions
- Who is the institutional service for?
- Institutions, asset managers, Web3 companies and professional businesses that need segregated custody, settlement and third-party payouts from a Swiss regulated counterparty.
