Settlement

Institutional crypto off-ramp,
Swiss regulated

Convert between cryptoassets and fiat through a regulated Swiss financial intermediary. Institutional liquidity passed through at cost, one fee on its own line, settlement to a bank account in your name.

Institutional fiat off-ramp for corporates, Web3 companies and private clients

XEROF provides crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversion for clients who need deep liquidity, compliant execution and settlement into a conventional bank account. The service is deliberately narrow: convert, settle, and show the price of doing so on every confirmation.

Swiss regulated

FE Swiss Financial AG is a financial intermediary under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act, regulated through VQF.

Liquidity at cost

Every quote is sourced from tier 1 institutional liquidity providers and passed through at cost. Our fee is applied separately and shown on its own line.

Segregated wallets

Cryptoassets sit in one segregated on-chain wallet per client. Nothing is pooled, nothing is lent out and nothing is rehypothecated.

Bank rails you already use

Fiat settles to a bank account in your name over Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS or Faster Payments in USD, EUR, CHF or GBP and more can be requested.

How the on/off ramp works

Four steps from onboarding to funds in your account.

  1. 1

    Open an account

Complete identity verification online as an individual or a company. Onboarding typically completes in 3 to 5 business days and there is no onboarding fee.

  2. 2

    Fund in crypto or fiat

Log in to online.xerof.ch and request a deposit. Send stablecoins or cryptoassets to your segregated wallet, or wire fiat using the details shown in the platform.

  3. 3

    Request and execute your quote

Request a conversion in online.xerof.ch and the platform returns a quote with the liquidity rate and our fee on separate lines. Execute it in the same screen and the conversion is done.

  4. 4

    Withdraw

Instruct the withdrawal in online.xerof.ch. Fiat settles to a bank account in your name, cryptoassets to your segregated wallet or an address you specify.

Crypto on/off ramp FAQ

What is a crypto on-ramp and off-ramp?
An on-ramp converts fiat currency such as CHF, EUR or USD into cryptoassets. An off-ramp converts cryptoassets back into fiat. XEROF provides both as a regulated Swiss settlement service, with fiat leaving over conventional bank rails.
Which cryptoassets does XEROF support?
USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH and SOL against USD, EUR, CHF and GBP. Additional assets can be arranged for institutional clients on request.
How long does a conversion take?
Conversions are executed on acceptance of the quote. Fiat settlement then follows the timing of the chosen rail: SEPA and Faster Payments typically the same business day, SWIFT one to two business days.
Is XEROF regulated?
Yes. FE Swiss Financial AG, dba as XEROF, is a financial intermediary under the Swiss AMLA and a member of VQF (No. 100954), a self-regulatory organisation recognised and supervised by FINMA. XEROF is not a bank and does not take deposits.
Can a business use the off-ramp for operating payments?
Yes. Companies convert stablecoins to fiat for supplier payments, payroll and operating expenses, or hold stablecoins and instruct XEROF to pay a fiat invoice directly through the Payouts service.
What does an on or off ramp cost?
Our fee for stablecoin conversion is a percentage of the trade value, set each month by your previous month's volume. Cryptoassets other than stablecoins carry a separate rate. The full schedule is published on the pricing page and confirmed in writing at account opening.

Open an account and receive your first written quote within days of onboarding.

On-ramp and off-ramp are two directions of the same service

An on-ramp takes conventional currency and returns cryptoassets. An off-ramp does the reverse. The mechanics differ mainly in which leg arrives first and what has to clear before the other side is released.
