Paying Rwanda from Zug: timing and practicalities
Kigali is on Central Africa Time, one hour ahead of Zug in winter and the same in summer, so instructions confirmed during the Swiss morning are processed the same Rwandan banking day through RIPPS.
This corridor is consumer to consumer, so it serves individuals: a Rwandan professional abroad settling to their own franc account, family support, or a private purchase between individuals. Beneficiaries are addressed by bank and account number.
