Common questions
- Which stablecoins can fund a payout?
- USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) only. A transfer on TRC-20, Solana, Polygon or any other network cannot be used to fund a payout, so check the network before you send.
- Does the beneficiary in Brazil need a XEROF account?
- No. The beneficiary is paid in Brazilian reais to a bank account in their own name and needs no wallet or account with XEROF.
- What does a payout cost?
- The brokerage fee on the conversion (1.00% at the entry tier, lower with monthly volume, minimum USD 200 per transaction), plus 0.25% where the fiat goes to a third-party beneficiary, plus the USD 50 fiat withdrawal fee per payment. The Fee Schedule sets out the current terms.
- Is there a minimum payout?
- There is no minimum ticket. The minimum brokerage fee of USD 200 per transaction applies, so smaller payouts carry a proportionally higher cost; the confirmation shows the fee before you commit.
- Who sets the maximum transaction size?
- The receiving market. For Brazil the current maximum is no fixed maximum; beneficiary KYC above USD 10,000. XEROF does not add a limit of its own.
- Is XEROF an exchange?
- No. XEROF is a Swiss-regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider acting as brokerage and settlement counterparty: it converts your stablecoins with its liquidity providers and pays the beneficiary from the proceeds. There is no order book and no platform account for the beneficiary.
- What happens above USD 10,000?
- The beneficiary completes KYC with our payment partner before the first payment above that amount is released. XEROF tells you what is needed when you submit the instruction.
