Who pays renminbi or US dollars this way

Beijing is six to seven hours ahead of Zug, so a renminbi payment confirmed in the Swiss morning is processed on the following Chinese banking day; the working week is Monday to Friday, with Golden Week in early October and the Lunar New Year closing banks for a week at a time.

Chinese beneficiaries are addressed by the account number and the bank's registered name, often in Chinese characters, and CNY payments above CNY 1,000,000 need the contract and shipping documents alongside the invoice. Dollar payments to a Chinese bank account avoid the CNY ceiling and settle over SWIFT.
