Common questions

Which stablecoins can fund a payout?
USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) only. A transfer on TRC-20, Solana, Polygon or any other network cannot be used to fund a payout, so check the network before you send.
Does the beneficiary in Australia need a XEROF account?
No. The beneficiary is paid in Australian dollars to a bank account in their own name and needs no wallet or account with XEROF.
What does a payout cost?
The brokerage fee on the conversion (1.00% at the entry tier, lower with monthly volume, minimum USD 200 per transaction), plus 0.25% where the fiat goes to a third-party beneficiary, plus the USD 50 fiat withdrawal fee per payment. The Fee Schedule sets out the current terms.
Is there a minimum payout?
There is no minimum ticket. The minimum brokerage fee of USD 200 per transaction applies, so smaller payouts carry a proportionally higher cost; the confirmation shows the fee before you commit.
Who sets the maximum transaction size?
The receiving market. For Australia the current maximum is AUD 100,000 per payment. XEROF does not add a limit of its own.
Is XEROF an exchange?
No. XEROF is a Swiss-regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider acting as brokerage and settlement counterparty: it converts your stablecoins with its liquidity providers and pays the beneficiary from the proceeds. There is no order book and no platform account for the beneficiary.
What if the invoice exceeds AUD 100,000?
The amount is split into payments of up to AUD 100,000 each to the same beneficiary, from one conversion, each with its own USD 50 fiat withdrawal fee.
