Crypto business account
Crypto business account for companies, Swiss regulated
A crypto business account holds fiat and stablecoins in your company's name, converts between them at cost and pays out, operated by a Swiss regulated VASP. Corporate onboarding, a dedicated IBAN and a segregated wallet, from one counterparty.
One company account for fiat and crypto
Opened in the company's name
The account belongs to the operating company, verified through corporate onboarding: registry check, directors, shareholders and the beneficial owners above 25 percent. It is not a personal wallet re-labelled for business use.
Fiat and stablecoins in one balance
Hold GBP, CHF, EUR and USD alongside USDC and USDT. The treasury sits together, so a company can receive fiat, hold value in a stablecoin and pay a supplier without moving funds between disconnected apps.
Convert and settle at cost
Move between fiat and stablecoins at tier 1 liquidity pricing, with the XEROF fee shown on its own line. Conversions settle to a segregated on-chain wallet the company controls the exposure of.
Statements that reconcile to your books
Every credit, conversion and payment is listed on online.xerof.com with a date, reference and net amount, so finance can reconcile the account against the ledger without raising a support request.
What the account includes
A crypto business account is the whole operating setup a company needs to move between fiat and crypto under one regulated counterparty, not a single product bolted onto a personal wallet.
- Corporate onboarding to a Swiss regulated VASP, with the directors and UBOs verified.
- A dedicated IBAN in the company name for fiat in and out, issued as part of onboarding.
- A segregated wallet per company, with the keys held by the regulated entity, not co-mingled.
- Conversion between fiat and USDC or USDT priced from tier 1 liquidity, fee on its own line.
- One counterparty for the account, the conversion and the on-chain settlement.
Who opens one
The account suits companies that hold or move value in crypto as part of how they operate.
- Operating companies holding part of their treasury in stablecoins.
- Web3 and technology companies paying overseas suppliers or contractors.
- Firms invoicing in crypto that need the proceeds settled to fiat.
- Companies buying or selling real assets where the settlement leg is in crypto.
How it fits with the rest of XEROF
The business account is the company-facing view of the XEROF settlement service.
The fiat leg runs on a dedicated IBAN in your company name, the crypto leg settles to segregated custody, and larger or recurring conversions are handled by the OTC desk. Funds and asset managers with their own structures are served through institutional solutions.
Crypto business account FAQ
- What is a crypto business account?
- It is a company account, held with a regulated counterparty, that holds both fiat and stablecoins, converts between them and pays out. XEROF operates it as a Swiss regulated VASP, so it is an account for a business to move between crypto and fiat, not a retail trading app.
- How is it different from a dedicated IBAN?
- The IBAN is the fiat account number that receives and sends bank payments in the company's name. The business account is the whole operating setup around it: the IBAN, the segregated wallet, and the conversion between them under one regulated counterparty. The IBAN is issued as part of the business account.
- Who can open a business account?
- An operating company that completes corporate onboarding. XEROF verifies the company, its directors, its shareholders and any beneficial owner above 25 percent before the account is activated.
- Which currencies and assets does it hold?
- Fiat in GBP, CHF, EUR and USD, and the stablecoins USDC and USDT, plus BTC, ETH and SOL for conversion. Balances are visible on online.xerof.com at any time.
- Is a crypto business account regulated?
- Yes. FE Swiss Financial AG, trading as XEROF, is a financial intermediary under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act, supervised through its VQF membership. Custody is in a segregated wallet per company.
- How long does it take to open?
- Corporate onboarding and the directors' identity checks usually complete within two to three business days once the documents are in. The account is activated after compliance review.
- What does it cost?
- There is no fee to open the account or to issue the IBAN. Conversions carry the standard XEROF fee on the value converted, and each outgoing fiat payment carries the flat fiat withdrawal fee shown on the pricing page.
Open a crypto business account. Corporate onboarding takes a few minutes and the IBAN is issued as part of it.
