Payouts to United Kingdom
Pay pounds sterling from USDT or USDC
The United Kingdom is the largest single market for USDT-to-pound demand. XEROF pays GBP to a UK bank account by Faster Payments from a USDT or USDC balance, up to GBP 1,000,000 per payment, and EUR by SEPA where the beneficiary holds a euro account. Coverage effective 1 October 2026.
How a payout to United Kingdom works
Payments are business to business, business to consumer and consumer to business. Faster Payments settle within minutes during the scheme's operating hours; SEPA Instant is capped at EUR 100,000 and SEPA Standard limits vary by the receiving bank.

Common questions
- Which stablecoins can fund a payout?
- USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) only. A transfer on TRC-20, Solana, Polygon or any other network cannot be used to fund a payout, so check the network before you send.
- Does the beneficiary in United Kingdom need a XEROF account?
- No. The beneficiary is paid in pounds sterling or euros to a bank account in their own name and needs no wallet or account with XEROF.
- What does a payout cost?
- The brokerage fee on the conversion (1.00% at the entry tier, lower with monthly volume, minimum USD 200 per transaction), plus 0.25% where the fiat goes to a third-party beneficiary, plus the USD 50 fiat withdrawal fee per payment. The Fee Schedule sets out the current terms.
- Is there a minimum payout?
- There is no minimum ticket. The minimum brokerage fee of USD 200 per transaction applies, so smaller payouts carry a proportionally higher cost; the confirmation shows the fee before you commit.
- Who sets the maximum transaction size?
- The receiving market. For United Kingdom the current maximum is Faster Payments GBP 1,000,000; SEPA Instant EUR 100,000; SEPA Standard varies. XEROF does not add a limit of its own.
- Is XEROF an exchange?
- No. XEROF is a Swiss-regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider acting as brokerage and settlement counterparty: it converts your stablecoins with its liquidity providers and pays the beneficiary from the proceeds. There is no order book and no platform account for the beneficiary.
- How quickly does a Faster Payment arrive?
- Faster Payments normally settle within minutes during the scheme's operating hours, once the conversion is complete and screening is cleared.
- Can I be paid in euros in the UK?
- Yes, to a euro account, by SEPA Instant up to EUR 100,000 or SEPA Standard above that, subject to the receiving bank's limits.
- Is this the same as cashing out my own USDT to pounds?
- A payout to your own UK account is the same conversion without the 0.25% third-party element. The cash out page describes that flow.
